Personally wary of a newcomer.I bought a passport 1Tb WD for a friend,although at 4500 but what a product.So small,fast,on site warranty-3 yrs.Voila if I knew WD makes such bombs,I would not have bought Seagate garbage,mainly Expansion which pushed me in a coma
just bought it`s 2 year warranty and others i.e. wd, buffalo and seagate gave only 1 year extra
