Yes ak, you are right DTDC people dont deliver the product rather keep themselves with signing of receiving the product. And they update to show on website that the product is delivered. Both Tradus and courier company jointly doing cheating by not delivering the product and keeping the money of the product.
facing problem in delhi with dtdc courier….they dont delivering the tradus megadeal product …but showing on website they delivered or returned….anyone facing the issue??….also customer service not good…any suggesstion to reach them who listen complaint????????
This is the worst eCom site, I have been visited so far. However I ordered one item from Tradus and the product is very cheap quality. Dont buy anything from tradus until they upgrade themselves..
