@Jitu-Either gift it to someone in a bigger city by putting his address or collect later on visit.Both are not too bad options.Kanpur is not on the list.There should have been New Delhi but Delhi which is a state is the option.Anyway does anybody really thinks he will get it free even after submitting all right values.
