If Yatra cancelled by bookings, god sake I have never before booked any hotel from yatra, and neither will I ever book any hotel from yatra, This promotion offer may very well turn out a demotion offer.
Check with the hotel is only the option to confirm bookings & yes they have to give refund of cancelled booking by them
No one can change name or any detail…. once booked its over.. same name if u book lot of hotels.. except one.. all will be cancel… no mail.. no information they will giv.. bt simply they will cancel.. so u can get only one hotel booking on one name… Ensure with hotel and check in.. otherwise u will be charged… Now offer also over… existing booking after cancel also u will nt get any refund… Now its big question mark… which one will be valid in all bookings with same name…. Yatra customer care also wnt giv any information on all this.. if u giv mobile number correct.. they will cal u and inform u abt cancel.. otherwise god knws which is cancel and which is valid.. so tak cre while check in frnds.. ..
A funny side – I called up Yatra CC yesterday they said, ” We will cancel the ticket after calliing the customer,” as in all of my bookings i have given Names with different non existing mobile phone numbers, interesting to see will they still go ahead and cancel those bookings

offer expired confirmed, but problem is with existing bookings with the same name. what will happen to them, they are not cancelling till now & cc is worst.
No changes allowed, cancel the booking and book another, no refund allowed as well. and offer expired as per KK, not sure please can any one confirm if the offer is still active, or NOT.

@KK, BUT NOW HOW CAN WE CHANGE NAME. BOOKING IS ALREADY DONE IN SAME NAME. IF I CALL CC OF YATRA THEY SAY YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED SINCE THEY ASKED FOR ONLY BOOKING ID & IN THEIR SYSTEM IT SHOWS CONFIRMED. DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO?

Successfully stayed one day in 3 star hotel Jalandhar.. for just 1/-.. but my other bookings got cancel due to same name.. So tak cre frnds… No mail received for cancel.. but i got a call frm yatra care.. they clearly told my bookings will cancel due to same person.. Ensure different name with id proof…. nd enjoy….. Last but nt least SMI u rocks… LOV U ….
Bhayi logo kitne logo ko phone aaya hain yatra se booking cancellation ke regarding or kitne logo ki ho gayee, can any one tell how will they catch that a person has done duplicate bookings or split bookings, I just talked to yatra customer care they said, they will cancel the bookings within 48 hours, I am concerned that the bookings don’t get cancel at the last time of availing the hotel stay.

Multiple order on same name will be cancel… My bookings also got cancel… one order on one name only permitted.
I have also cross verified, but i got from yatra that my booking will be canceled.

HI, BK, ALL MY BOOKINGS ARE CONFIRMED, ALSO CROSS CHECKED WITH THE HOTEL THEY ALSO RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION FROM YATRA THAT THEY RECEIVED BOOKINGS.
I got call from their customer care, I have made 13 Bookings, they told, then will cancel all booking only one booking will be allowed. Rest 12 Bookings will be canceled. 🙁 Please help.
