Horrible products. I ordered “Baby Carry Blanket” and “Pillow for Kids”. What was delivered to me was Completely Different from what was displayed on the Website. Also it was of quality that I won’t want to keep for free !!
1. Pillow:- The stitching was horribly done, quality of material was soo poor that you would get better quality pillows in local market for Rs 50/- and it was priced Rs 800/-!! as MRP on the website.
2. Baby carry blanket:- Again poor quality and you would such carry bags in for Rs 150/- and it was again priced Rs 800/-!! as MRP on the website.
Not sure what to do with such things- can’t even gift such bad stuff to anyone… horrible experience.

Even after reading these comments I ordered a Quantum 555 Earphone which costed me Rs.70 after applying the coupon. I wanted to give it a try and ordered it. After 5 days the item got shipped via Bluedart and I received it the very next day. I checked the earphone and the sound is awesome. It is as good as my apple ipod’s earphone, Awesome build & quality sound.
I know that many people have had bad experiences with Indiatimes but it wasn’t the same with me. Maybe they are trying to improve. Anyways you may give the website a try, at least if not with costlier items but with cheap ones.

Guys…beware of them…..first of all they do not provide branded items and that’s the reason they give on heavy discount. I got cheated with Philips 5.1 channel home theater as they delivered after 35 days of waiting and followup. That was faulty and looks it was not checked before shipping. When I tried them to replace it they asked me to ship it back. Shipping was Rs 700 which I had to pay and got refund after 7 months.
I’m writing this review to save other guys from these problems.

I never had a problem with indiatimes in past as well as in present.
From the last 1 year or so i had made a purchase of more than 2+lacs from indiatimes.
All products are well packed & delivered before there mentioned time.
My cousin has a mobile shop, So i had so far only purchased mobiles from indiatimes at discounted rate and sold it to my cousin at DP rate.
Earned a lot through this way.

Just look at the way some persons are going out of the way to praise this fake website to the sky.

Initially Indiatimes was a great site rate wise, somewhere around Sep.2012, the time wen I started online shopping. Nt only d prices were cheap the discounts were also there to be applied over & above the lowest prices. In the meanwhile their poor customer Care support gets ignored and nobody bothered much about their after sales services. They always had the liberty of shipping the products too late…..!!!
Now they have increased the prices and the discounts are not worth that much great. But their poorest of the poor Customer support network has become a headache for every other customer who seems to have some kind of problem while shopping from them. I hope they improve their services drastically otherwise they are going to loose their ground in this battlefield of e-shopping.
