To get the maximum cash back we have to recharge it for 100. Later get cash back of Rs.20. When you recharge it for next time you can use it. If say you recharge for second time also for Rs.100, then you need to pay Rs.80. Hence the effective discount will be 10%(20 for getting 200) only.
This 10% is always available in payu gateway.
