    I added money Rs.358 for redeeming VCOM2014 code
    The transaction failed, but money got debited from my account.

    I didn’t get any reference ID at mobikwik also.
    I checked history also it is not available
    Surprising that they are not generating any reference ID for transactions initiated. How can I refer for complaining this?

    Mobikwik is best for me. Using their service since last year, never get cheated. All promo codes works. Just u need to read their terms and conditions carefully. And with mobikwik I never faced recharge pending problem like paytm. Paytm looted me many times. Sometime recharge is not done but money get deducted. Sometime, after successfully applied the code I never get cash back. So for me mobikwik is best. Paytm is worst.

    Bought a mobile on ebay through mobikwik wallet. Seller didnt ship the item. Its been more than 20 days and I haven’t received refund. Ebay says they have refunded and mobikwik says they havent had any such communication with ebay.

    Holy crap…mobikwik helpline has been discontinued and they are not replying the tickets.
    Be aware guys you cannot ask anyone if anything goes wrong.
    I lost 398 on mobikwik it seems.

    Do not use mobikwik in transaction for ebay/dominos etc. they will loot your money. transaction will fail & no refund will be given. i faced the issue again and again. No customer service. No numbers. you wont get your hard earned money. freecharge/paytm provides much better service and very good offers. so avoid mobikwik

    guys@ this offer is also good if not cheated by mobikwik. as we can use mobikwik many places (movie ticket, dominos & other ecommerce website) & also get more cash back on that transaction also, (avoid recharge through mobikwik where already best options from Freecharge & paytm).

    Just 20% not enough in this days. Because on 50% cashback Still think to recharge or not.And mobikwik already taken my Rs.200 last time and not applied coupon showing error “Invalid OTP”. This error made my disbelief on mobikwik. So I not used this coupon now.

    Mobikwik many times deny cashback to those users also which receives offer on mails. So I always avoid them now. This site and its app is a piece of shit. Many timea u face problem with recharges also. Freecharge rocks even though it gets down sometimes.
