Recently saw a good deal on Rhysetta cabin bag, so ordered on Aug 6th. When it did not ship until Aug 13 as promised, had to followup to know when they are going to ship. Cust. Service says we are out of stock so the order is on the verge of Cancellation. Two days later, I get a SMS saying Order is shipped. When I go to track the shipment, its on the way to some other destination rather than mine. Two days later it gets delivered to the unknow destination.

I have been continously following up with them for the past 1 week and they have been giving lame excuses that thier team is trying to talk to the logistics team and reroute the package. Today I know that the package is lost in transit. Bunch of liars!!

Now they are going to refund the money and its going to take another 7- 10 days. I am sure I will have to followup multiple times to get that routed into my account. Hopefully they don’t give me an excuse saying Money lost in transit. Hopefully, this time they get it right.

Today is the 24th day. My money & package both are lost and so is my time.

Would advice to stay away from these people unless you want to loose time, money & get frustrated.
