    I Dr. Prashant had subscribed to Right Choice with subscription ID RCHOICE1631756 from March 2013. I am sorry to say that except for 1 copy of February 2014 i have not received any other copy without me calling customer care after which the duplicate copy is sent almost at the end of the month which was supposed to have been received by 10. I have contacted your customer care on numerous occasions and have contacted Mr ANDREW (two or three times), REQUESTED HIM FOR TAKING CARE OF THIS PROBLEM ALSO SUGGESTED THAT I AM READY TO PAY FOR THE COURIER IF COPIES ARE BEING LOST BY POSTAL DEPARTMENT BUT NO OUTCOME. Later on Mr Andrew never was accessible, nor my request to arrange for a call back whenever he is free on when he comes at 12 o clock. has not materialised on my repeated complaints lodged at customer care with distinguished complaint numbers. It is so sad that India Today group – Right choice is bringing out a quality magazine and forgetting the concept of Quality in which delivery to subscriber is a part of Quality assurance. On receiving a call for renewal from your office I requested the lady to give me an assurance of the delivery service and arrange for a call back from the concerned officer, but no call has been received till date because of which I had to write this mail, as i was interested to renew my subscription offer sent to my mail. I shall be grate full if concrete steps for proper deivery are taken and given assurance for the same i shall be the first one to renew my subscription.
    Looking forward for you prompt reply so that i can renew.

    I have subscribed to ure subscription and recieved a pen drive at the correct tym as well but the pendrive recieved was a physically damaged pen drive and Sony also denied giving replacement for it and ure customer care executive said that Jst send it back to us but and we did as well but no confirmation has been provided to us about dispatching the new pendrive so plz check that with ure team and revert us back….

    I have checked the subscription No. RCHOICE1625663. You initially subscribed to the magazine prior to our free 32GB gift offer. After doing so, you saw our gift offer and contacted us to cancel your existing subscription so that you could then take out a new subscription with the gift.
    You cancelled your subscription RC1625663 on the 27th of December 2012, we gave you a full refund of Rs 900 in January 2013 and we have confirmation from your bank that this has been received.
    According to our records you have not taken out a new subscription and we have not received any payment for any subscription. I am therefore somewhat at a loss to understand why you have posted the above message.

  41. During 2001, I had subscribed for A&M (Advertising & Marketing) Magazine for 5 years. I received only three issues of the Magazine. Later on, nothing was available even in the Market (Book Stalls) also. What happened to Publisher is not known. It is very difficult to sustain in the Market. What happened to Reader’s Digest Magazine? If you really need a 32Gb Pen drive, please go to the Market and buy.

  50. I’ve recieved SONY PEN DRIVE with one year subscription of this magazine. U guys first confirm it with customer care. Then pay for it. I recieved my first issue and pendrive within a month. And a confirmed subscription letter via post wdn 10 days. And email instantly at the time of payment.

    send conformation thro mail then within weak send pen drive postal. BUT I am really waiting for my first copy of magazine.

I am sure that someone has played trick and the concerned watchdog agency should take the legal action against this magzine and see that people get back their money back at the earliest. OR ELSE RIGHT CHOICE guys should come out with explanation as to why this is happening!!!!

I subscribed for Right Coice Magazine through my SBI credit card on 4/12/2012 making payment of Rs.999/-at INDIA TODAY PYMT BILLDESK So far they have not sent any email reply for the amount of Rs.999/received One Mr Ashit Thapar of the Right choice magagement had asked me to send the monthly sbi cr card a/c statement in which the Amt of Rs.999/- is debited to my account. The stmt was also sent to him as required.Still no reply.
    After going through the responces of so many suscribers mentioned above I am strongly constrained to believe its going to be great fraud on the part of INDIA TODAY’s Right Choice Magazine management.
    So disgraceful deal.!!

Inspite of several calls to the customer care service, every time I get the same reply that it is in transit, and the response from their customer care service is very very bad. I personally feel this is not a fair company to deal with and hence request you all NOT to subscribe to this magazine. Its better to buy through local vendor.

    This is my online transaction reference. Even after 20+ customers have been writing about their plight since Sep 2012, there has been not a single response in this website from Whichrightchoice. Today I called the Contact No 18001800200 three times and no response. This is not a contactable number. Then I made an STD call to the Mumbai office number 02265276884 and I was given a order reference number saying that the registration would be done now and gift will take one month to reach.

    Have any of you, who have been writing in this page, received the gift so far?

    I have subscribed on dated 26/12/2012 & got subscription no. RCHOICE1628780 one year subscription for RIGHT CHOICE MAGAZINE and 32 GB pen drive and payment is accepted by the company through my debit card online and till now I could not received any receipt and still I did not get pendrive or book to now fifteen days completed when can i get them? If not received the information or receipt to me , I will go to Consumer Forum.

Unbelievable.You find what all others in India and abroad can’t find.This is an irresistible deal although its magazine delivery reputation is appalling.If somehow they deliberately or mistakenly don’t send Pen drive either,disaster.They are trained to delay and fight as it is their daily job.But it is a risk but probably worth taking as much as I can think.
