Hey smi, I had a mixed bag of experiences dealing with askmebazaar.com.Actually on some occassions their deals were very attractive and tempting to buy.I had ordered more than 5 times with them and got the goods delivered.But on 1 such occasion I had ordered a powerbank which due to some reasons had to returned it back.But till date the refund has not been reverted back.It will b now more than 2 months.After repeated complaints and requests,one is forced to loose his patience and undergo the torture of listening to their fixed training dialogues.Also the Senior is not made available to speak and the phone goes on hold fir more than 10 minutes.
Also had ordered for a 16 gb strotinum 433x class 10 memory card 10 days back.There is still no response abut the delivery of the same.
Its a shame on such ecommerce sites and a proper legal guideline should b introduced to check their authenticity.

bought 16GB Strontium Nitro 433X MicroSD Card Class 10 for Rs. 252 but received a normal class 10 memory card that too without any card reader MAHA CHOR.
I just had very bad experience with askmebazzar. Ordered one autofurnish helmet with END2500 coupon. got product today but worst fellow seller sent me Amba product helmet instead of autofurnish helmet at the same time helmet glass was full broken. Immediately called customer care and raised a refund request. My suggestion do not buy anything.

absolutely right a, i also had a very bad experience with this site and its customer care policy.. i bought a power bank for which i already paid online.. now when the product comes to my door it was marked for cash on delivery, i called customer care(which is not toll free) they told me to pay for that time we will refund you the same amount.. after paying for already paid item i call customer care the guy took my bank details and phone was disconnect automatically as they provide 10min/customer (it took so much time to connect with them) and our coversation was not completed now i again called bt now new guy this time, went through same procedure bt issue does not resolved and i charged 60 rs for two calls..
after 2 month when i mailed them so many time got my refund and guys this all product at this site are duplicate. be aware
Pls DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!! i had bought 2 iyems more than a month back now n its still undelivered. The thing is they just dont deliver n customer service is a sham….thankfully had cod deal so no money lost. dont know why they r in market if they dont want to sell in the first place…dumbos dont understand that no amount of celebrity endorsing wd help if they dont makr any sale!!!
