    Do not buy anything from this site. I purchased products three times from this store by credit card payment and all the three time my order is rejected saying that product is not in stock. After rejecting the order they refund money after long long time.

    Same here. Ordered on july 7th.. customer care calls on july 11th to verify address. After tgat i did not hear anything. On july 17 i tried looking at the order status and it showed cancelled. Right from day 1 there was no email confirming the order.. neitger did i get notified abt cancellation of order. Thank God i had opted for COD else i would be trying to contact cust. Careeveryday trying to find out status of my refund. Shame on you BATA. The company doesnt care and is going to dogs. The course is set..and is clearly seen from their no care attitude.

    AVOID….As my frnds have mentioned above this s a fraud webiste.they wont deliver u goods and cancel d order.later take many days 2 return money. Bata just wants to test whether their website s working properly or not. Morons..

    Don’t buy from this. They do not send any order
    I have order 3 pairs of sandal on 11th Feb but till now there is no update regarding that order

    dont buy any thing from bata online sale, they send wronh articles and dont reply or do needful on complaint. i ordered for Forest shoe in 10 no size but they send other dull type sports shoe, more than 20 days have been passed but no any reply from their side yet toward my complaint. seems i wil have to approach consumer court to get my right.
