    Worst online retailer I’ve ever seen. Ordered a mobile before one week still they are not sure what’s the status. When I call the customer care those ….. guys asking the details of order instead of getting it in their system.

    Thought of taking revenge by ordering a product on cash on delivery and give near by police station address.

    SMI please don’t post this retailer offers to avoid losing your credibility.

    I ordered a Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner. After making payment they say because of some payment issue your order is cancelled and we will refund your payment.

    Still sunflame sandwich maker shows it is in stock at rs 900, so smi I am asking they cancelled my order due to out of stock, so should I buy again?

    Do not buy from it. You can not log in to your account, you can not see your order status. After a week after inquiring twice you will get answer your order cancelled. And no reply about refund. Order no – WEB177042

    Kindly don’t t purchase on this site,This site is not giving any Login option(for tracking Items) neither SMS confirmation of purchasing product.If you call customer care then he will not able to update the status of item.
    I am so dissatisfied of this site.

    Worst, I have ordered mobile and after 20 days they cancelled and no reply from them.
    worst website no where to check the status of order and so many times I have called they are giving the same response that you will get a call within 24 hrs.
    Very very bad experience.
