    PRELIMINARY

    1. By participating in this Buy for Rs. 1000+ & get 10% off on next order ("Offer"), the user ("You"or "Your") agrees to be bound by:
      • these terms and conditions ("T&C"); and
      • the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on www.flipkart.com ("Website"), Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively "Platform"), which are owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited ("Flipkart", "We"or "Our").

    OFFER DETAILS

    1. The Offer will commence at 16:01 hrs on September 17, 2017 and end at 23:59 hrs on December 31, 2017 ("Offer Period").
    2. To participate in the Offer You must (i) be selected to be part of the 'Festive Pass', as per communication sent to You by Flipkart; and (ii) purchase, during the Offer Period, any products (except for gold coins, gold bars and Flipkart Gift Cards) for a cart value of INR 1000 or above, listed on the Platform in a single transaction.
    3. Upon fulfilling the above requirements, You will get 10% off on your next purchase of Products (defined below) on the Platform from 17th Sep 2017 to 31st Jan 2018, provided the qualifying order [mentioned under point 3 (ii)] has been delivered at least 15 days before making such purchase. This is subject to a maximum discount up to Rs.500 per transaction.
    4. Products shall mean any goods and/or services being sold on the Platform excluding Flipkart Gift Cards, Gold coins and bars, extended warranty, Assured Buyback, mobiles, Large appliances, infant foods, infant milk substitutes and feeding bottles.
    5. The Offer will be automatically applied on your next purchase if all the above mentioned requirements are fulfilled.
    6. The Offer can be availed only 15 (fifteen) times by You.
    7. If You cancel any Product in Your order, it will lead to cancellation of all Products ordered under this Offer.
    8. In case of cancellation or returns, You will not be eligible for this Offer and You will not be eligible to avail this Offer again.

    OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. Flipkart does not endorse the Products and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of the Products, which shall be at the sole liability and responsibility of the Seller.
    2. This is a limited period offer valid until stocks last.
    3. Sale of Products on the Platform is subject to availability with the sellers and accordingly Flipkart in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the Products.

    14. This Offer is valid only in India except for in the state of Tamil Nadu. The minimum age of user shall be 18 years.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR 5% Extra PhonePe Cash Back

    Preliminary

    1. This Offer (defined below) is being extended by PhonpePe Private Limited ("PhonePe") on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively "Platform"), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited ("Flipkart").
    2. By participating in this Offer, user ("You", "Your"or "Customer") agrees to be bound by:

    Offer Details

    3. On fulfilling the above requirements during the Offer Period, You will avail 5% cashback, maximum cashback up to Rs.100 per transaction, which will be credited into Your PhonePe wallet within 24 hours of successful completion of the transaction on the Platform ("Offer"). In case the PhonePe wallet limit for the month has been reached, the cashback will be credited on the first business day of the next month.

    4. The cashback amount credited to Your PhonePe wallet cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other users.
    5. In case where cashback has been credited to Your PhonePe wallet and You cancel the transaction and You seek a refund, the amount of cashback shall be deducted from the amount of the refund due and payable to You.

    Other Terms and Conditions
