I have very good experience from sNapdeal ! I dont know why people get mad when their order is cancelled! Its the seller that cancels the order and on daily basis 1000 orders get cancelled ! Do you want CEO to call everyone apologizing for it !! Stupid !!
When you pay for something and dont get refund !! thats called bad experience.
i have very good experince snapdeal , i got my all products within 48hr every time i order.
My prev exp with snapdeal is very poor they trs my amt to sd cash i have to buy from them to encash my sd cash
i hav a bad experience wid SD as i order a product bt wen it delivered i found it in broken wen cal very long procedure to return it by courier but no direct cash back for courier it is onlyas SD cashback.they are real fake.

I had terrible experiences with Snapdeal. I had written it to CEO – Kunal Bahl and got an apology email from him. But, they cancel they order without informing me and don’t have any courtesy to keep their customers informed about their order status.
Such a bad shopping experience…. Don’t go by their alluring prices!!!!

Please don’t place an order with credit card/net bankinf /debit card
Because they will not infrom you the courier AWB number & also they cancel the order.
I got refund of my two orders after 45 days after making so many phone calls & email.
So if you want to buy from snapdeal , please an order for COD(Cash on delivary).
its fake website……………i ordered led monitor (dell)….after one month when call him for not delivering product…..just answer that u r order is cancelled….no mail..no phone call….directly cancelled order…..terrible…..i will never buy any product from snapdeal in future….

@Niraj it is cashback…read the term and conditions of HDFC order…Re1 is just conformation for Snapdeal that you have used HDFC card for purchasing the product…
