none of the indian mobile manu companies are good at after sales services… but i have bought Karbn A52+ at 2999 . after 3 months the battery got dead .. and when i reached service center the took damn 15 day to replace the battery .. so yeah karbonn doesnt have very good service but nither does MICROMAX … So chill and buy any mobile (krbnn micromax huawi) that has service center near your house :p

I am using it since 3 days. This is a very good phone in this range(Rs.4499). Except one small problem, they have divide the 4 GB internal space in two part, 1 GB(.89GB) for apps and 1.59 GB as phone storage, and the rest as invisible OS storage drive. If u update all your apps provided with the phone, u left with only around 200 MB of apps storage. Anyways value for money.
Hai frndz, Pls don’t buy Karbonn Mobiles at any price as they don’t have any proper after sale service centres. In case of any need their help line number is not picked up by anybody for a long time, even their website is not updated for the last 12 months, so you don’t have anyone to find out the nearest service centre around you. Instead of Karbonn, go for Micromax which is fastly becoming the number 1 local brand, having more service centres around you.
