I would like you share friends what i do. When you create a new account on ebay,after you purchase your promotional offer product,deactivate that account and make a new account with same mobile no. And email id.then the account became again new account and you can again buy promotional product with same no. And email.

this arta shop is really a pain in the a$$…i got only one product(close-up) from them. after that they cancelled my 6-7 order….

problem is creating new email ids every time has risks. somebody could easily hack these email ids and commit cyber crimes.
