    Never try to purchase any product from this website. I have placed order last time with order no: 100018241 on 6/22/13 11:37 PM but they not shipped the item. After sending a lot of mail to customer support team, after more than one month they cancelled my order. It takes so much time to refund money in my debited account.
    This things not only happened with me but also with all of my friend at the time when this site released coupon “MASTI100”.
    Beware of this site. If you want to refund of your money, wait for 2-3 months minimum.

    Kal se itne items dal rakhe ha. Site band kar rakha tha.Ab site hsuruhua to coupon not valid. SMI BOYCOTT such sites which gives U bad name.

    Interestingly, when i saw this offer, i just thought of having a look and feel of the website. They have mentioned quite a range of products however when i checked, i couldn’t find even a single product “Available”. Every product had a tag of “Out of Stock”. 🙂

    The whole website has nothing Available? Amazing! 🙂

    It means only Rs. 25 discount on Rs. 200/-

    I’ve ordered some products more than two months back (Order #100013653) But I didn’t get and still it is processing in your system. I’ve called your customer service so many times but no response, I’ve mailed also, again no response. (THIS IS YOUR QUALITY OF SERVICE)

    By the way It is not a professional approach, (as it doesn’t matter that order is small or big you should honor it with equal priority)

    And If you won’t take a right approach and won’t care for your customers you can’t go long in online business because online business based on trust and if you lose your trust, you lose your customers.

    And yes I’m not much concerned about the money I lost, But the faith I lost in your Site.

    I have ordered at least 4 times thru this site and am happy with the prdts and delivery. Yes, once the order took 15 days to reach me, but the other orders reached me within a week.

    I tried to buy diapers using this offer before I read all these comments. Luckily, there was a technical problem on the website at the time of checkout and I couldn’t place the order. Now, I realize, it happened for good !

    Never ever buy from this site. The service is very worst and you have to waste a lot on STD phone support. Because, they have only 2 support executives, you have to wait hours together on phone to catch them .

    BEWARE! They sometime send incomplete items and their customer care service is pathetic. You won’t give any response to complaints.
