    Unlocking Update

    Customer care of mobikwik reverted saying due to multiple ID held by you, ID was locked, require reasons why you made multiple IDs & proofs – Voter ID, Driving License etc..

    Just curious, are we getting any grants from them, why to furnish so much proofs to prove oneself.. can’t we knock RBI to complain against blocking our IDs…???

    Nothing required friends for confirmation to unlock accout send as many mails to them from your mail Id so they confirm its your account and after 15days they unlock your account

    Hi friends,
    Instead of reactivating the account. ask them for refund to payment source. After getting cash to your dc/cc account. Stop using mobikwik.
    They are cheating customers by lock amount in there wallet. Stop using it till they will release

    Not use same Credit/Debit card in multiple mobikwik accounts, they have started blocking of those wallet accounts. They says “MobiKwik prohibits creation of more than one account per user”. So take care.

    My mobikwik account being blocked after added 5000 and mobikwik telling found suspicious activities. After 4 days and around 10 email communications, now I got comments from Mobikwik like “we received an intimation from bank, stating the transaction(s) done in your wallet as suspicious”. I can use the card after that but not able to use mobikwik cash/account. I think something fraud from mobikwik, if something went wrong on my card then card issued bank will block the card or inform me directly. But not through Mobikwik. So please be careful people if you add money to Mobikwik wallet.

    PAID AN MTNL LANDLINE BILL OF RS.1191 ON 14th aug wen the offer is thr to add 1408 n get1508,but they didn’t submit my bill till today I.e.the last date for payment,just opening/closing tickets & didn’t refund me,I am going to send them legal notice on monday & do ask for harassment charges n main figure of rs.1191 respectively

    My wallet is blocked yesterday even I personally using it I added rs4250 just before the wallet blocked I have the same problem as Anand stated on 26/05/15 at SMI. I raised the complaint against mobikwik but still no solution by them.Tell me someone how can I reactivate my wallet.

    My account being blocked mobikwik account telling found suspicious activities . What the hell suspicious I am personally operating my account paying all bills and recharges how you can block my account my money also got blocked in that account someone please help how long it takes to unblock account

    Tafter trying 10 yimes got 1 successfull transaction. Worst service every time on android device. Shame mobikwik. Also unable to give order on a website as movikwik paymemt getway is not working. Worst service ever seen.
