    I placed an order on 29th Sept 2014 and made payment while ordering. They did not do anything till 12th Oct 2014. I requested cancellation of the the order on 12th Oct till 16th Oct the order is on hold and not cancelled. If I call their call centre number and type order number then it does not identify the number and after waiting for 1 hour i had to disconnect without talking to customer care rep. i do not know if they really have customer care reps.
    I have written 4 times to them but no response other than automated one.
    These people are very busy do not have time to take care of customer issues. Better not to place orders with them.

    I would request Shopcliues management team members to come out and see the market fron consumers angle and not justify what is being done by shopclues. we all know the fact that none of online suppliers are into manufacturing but only a link between the manufacturer and the consumer. when the same stuff is available from other online suppliers at cheaper rates with no or little shipping charges and having faster delivery mechanism with full guarantee then why should any one buy stuff from shopclues. i only buy stuff from this site as last choice when the stuff i am looking for is more competitive here. shopclues have to mend his way or will perish. i must say it is one of the badly managed firm. anyways good luck from my site.

    If you book a small letter in Post office they will charge you Rs.30
    So, its not too High charges, Its economical.
