The seller gives totally wrong awb no. of courier shipment ( in my case customer id which is not possible) only for more days to keep money…
After three week they refund the money..2nd time it is happening with me
It is cheat to old customers…if the order accepted then after get the money they cancell the order and the money refund after two week…ebay should stop this practice and ban this type of seller who cheat customers and offer this type scheme.
I think those who placed ooder with in 1000 orders got shipped else got refund.

bro i used new account with new number with different payment, different addresses, compete the sms verification, even placed the order from different location(internet connection), this time i didn’t give any reason or any loop hole to ebay to cancel or refund. but still none of my item shipped from last 3 deals, this is all matter of chances. some gets and some not. no set of defined rules even if you fulfill all the mandatory condition.
i know anyone’s opinion doesn’t matter, i am just sharing my experience here.
Buy this with new account and new mobile number. It will surely work.

He does dispatch the products, provided you are first timer on ebay, or everytime you create new a/c with different payment gateways and different phone.
