• This Cashback offer is applicable only on successful prepaid mobile recharges/postpaid bill payments/DTH for a minimum amount of Rs. 200.
• Cashback is subject to maximum of Rs. 100 per transaction.
• Cashback amount shall be provided only on successful transactions conducted through Shmart wallet only.
• Transactions done through Payment Gateways (Credit Card/Debit Card/ Net Banking) and Hybrid (Wallet + Credit Card/Debit Card/ Net Banking) will not qualify for this Cashback offer, even if the amount is equal to or greater than Rs. 200.
• The Cashback shall not be made instant and would be credited only within three working days after completion of the successful transaction.

    Very true got 1500 cashback on 3000 recharge also got 45 rs cashback in 3 accounts on 15 august very genuine and trustable site only problem with their mail reply and customer care called but not answering any calls very poor customer care but happy with shsmart wallet got all cashback for all recharges and transfered rest of money to bank account thanks shsmart and smi

    I did transaction on 6th to 8th of 200X20 transaction = 4000 and got the cash back on 8th Aug of Rs. 2000

    and then I did 200X5 transaction from 9th to 13 AUG and got Rs.500 Cash back

    Total cash back of Rs. 2500 .

    I did the same from my bother’s smartphone and also from my cousin brother smartphone and they also got 500 each cash back.

    I asked all my friends to do same and all got the cash back of Rs.500 for doing 5 transaction of Rs200 from there smartphones. All are very happy.

    And on top of it all shmart users got Rs.15 on 15 Aug in there accounts.

    Kl rat ko 151 rs bank m transfer kiye but abi tk ac m nhi aaye h .
    11/08/15 ko 450 rs credit card s wallet m add kiye but abi tk WO b wallet m add nhi hue h. Or 2 recharge k cash back nhi a aye ..finally chitting kr hi di…or abi call b disconnect ho rha h. mail b kiya but no reply …totally loss

    Kyun ki Meine Bhi Ek Handset pe 3 id Create Kiya isss Liye Mera bhi Wallet lock kar diya.

    Maximum of how many times we can add money in the wallet to get CB?
    1st i added 200 and done RC. As this i got 100 CB.
    2nd added 350 and done 2 RCs as 220 & 230.
    Is am eligible for getting CB as 200 or not.

    @Vijendra, you must have added more than 3 times. lol I added 1000 in one go and did 5X200. Got 500 cashback next day. 😛 create new one

    sab ke sab log bewkoof hai.. terms and conditions me clearly se rakha hai ki Waller se recharge karne pe hi Cashback milega..
    there is 2 step process
    step 1… add money to wallet through cc or dc or netbanking.
    step 2… recharge by rs 200 minimum..

    i got Cashback 4 times that is 400.. but noww shmart wallet showing that i have reached maximum week limit to add money.

    maine 7 august ko 11:03 par 200 rupees ka recharge kiya tha smart wallet app se internet banking ke through or mere account se 200 rupee debit ho gaye but abhi tak wo paise mere phone me credit nahi hue hai so please don’t use this App they are Cheaters na hi inka par koi call pick karta hai or na hi inki E mail: WeCare@Shmart.in, par koi respond karta hai. to aap sabhi se request hai ke koi rechage na kare .

    Previously, it was 5 transactions per day. Now it’s reduced to 5 transactions during the entire offer period..

    I loaded 200 in my wallet and paid postpaid bill for airtel. The bill was adjusted within seconds. Now waiting for cashback. Now I am facing issue that when I am trying to load money it is not redirecting to bank’s website and giving error, “TopUp failed, Try Again” Anyone facing same issue or I fear my account may be blocked. But I have not done any cheating on my part then it can’t be blocked. Just did one transaction as of now. After that not able to add money. 🙁 Atleast the bill I paid adjusted in second so no worries now.

    @Vishnu It means cashback will start from 9th August.

    Friends dont recharge now they have added a new clause one who recieves message of cashback offer will only get the cashback so I recieved message today so I think they will reject many cashback of many customers so friends be carefull lets someone get the cashback then only do transactions friends be carefull from new sites

    250 deducted from bank, but not reflecting in wallet. Raised issue but not getting any response, called to customer care, but lines are busy all the time.
    I think we should raise issue to consumer forum.

    Worst service. I have added rs.501 in wallet after that I tried to recharge my prepaid number, it doesnt work.
    So I have transferred money to my bank today morning. But i did not receive the amount in my bank account till now. Very worst service.

    Fake company i did my recharge with rs300 but i did not getting any recharge balance in my prepaid no. while i show transaction history it shows me ur recharge has been sucessful…will anyone pls suggest what will i do for getting my money back…freecharge.in is the best as compared to this one…

    Dont use this App. There is many many problems with it. I added Rs.500 to wallet and paid via netbanking. Amount deducted and app gave the error top up failed. Now they are not responding to mail also. Don’t get trap in their offer. I will have to wait noww for 7 days. Shit App

    I have confirmed on customer care about the offer… Most probably by tomorrow I’ll get my cashback.. Also payment has to be done via wallet only.. So first add money than make any recharge or bill payment..
    As clearly stated Cashback amount shall be provided only on successful transactions conducted through Shmart wallet only.
