I have write to customer support team regarding my transaction. After online payment, I got the message “Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction”. I write to all the email available on 100bestbuy page but only I find replay from auto generated email id and none of the customer support team contact me regarding this concern. Totally fraud website. How anyone can believe to purchase anything higher cost value product from this website???.

i tried this and recharged my 4 different nos paying just 10 for 20 rs recharge yesterday , now you have to pay 15 to get 20, make sure you get the coupon code option else clear history and try , my all the recharges was sucessful ,only you have to wait for the widget to load after payment , and once done select your operator and recharge is done instantly.
I Strongly suggest not to buy anything from this website. They are frauds and they will sell your mobile numbers and you will get annoying ads and promo calls even if you are in DND list. Also they will send some items with COD option and if you are not in home, sometime it is possible for your family member to pay and get it..After that they wont accpet any return. FRAUDS..BEWARE
