Yes right even after 10 days i didnt received the cashback and PayTm has not any customer care on phone mailed 4-5 times but not getting answer regarding cashback evey time getting same answer that your cashback will credit in 24 – 48 hrs
10 days gone but no cashback of 550. They are just taking money and enjoying interest on it. Paytm is losing its credibility now. Isko sabak sikhana padega ab. Use karna bandd karo bas ab toh. Yeh 550 aa jaye uske baad kabhi use nahi karna isse.
Even after 7days paytm is saying money will be credited withing 24-48hour .bought only one deal.

@prank you should call groupon and ask for cancellation of orders and refund in wallet
keep ready all your maid ids you have used for purchasing those vouchers
Call groupon tollfree number for any help they will suggest all of your problems

@Rohit: I bought from the same listing but i had used different mail account to login into groupon, and payment was made from same paytm wallet account.
I got the cashback for two orders, rest all my money is stuck and paytm on-call support is pathetic, and on mailing them i am not getting answer to my query.
Seems like only choice i have is to visit the paytm noida office.

Same case with me. 4 orders were made on 29th may from different mail ids with same Paytm account from the Groupon site.
I have received cashback for just two orders.
Rest two , no idea.
Dropped hell lot of mails and tried contacting the 0120 number given on website, but they are saying we cant help as this is diff department and only help you can get is thru sending a mail.

you cannt purchase more than once from the same listing, but can always purchase same deal from seperate listing. eg firstly i purchase the deal from city jaipur, now i have purchased from city goa.
After buying this deal from Groupon what needs to be done next. Do we need to apply any coupon code on paytm for getting Rs 500 and cb will be credited in next 10 days or complete amount will automatically credited in Paytem a/c. Please confirm.

Hey I asked groupon today they told you should pay money through paytm waklet only which is available through desktop website only so I did direct through debit card so money will be refunded back to the debit card 500 rs as I didnt paid through paytm wallet so I wont get benefits money will be refunded

yeh definitely not much useful offer as paytm giving offers based on debit/credit so you can’t use up your wallet amount if you think of transfer bank it charges so offer doesn’t give any additional benefit if the was get 40 paytm cash on paying 20 for twice a user then it would be good so every has to think of investing 500 to get just 50 has outcome.one more think was wallet was under upgradition so lot of changes may takes place so think before you do is the best for this offer
