    I replied that i wont accept gold coin if i didnt get any cash back so atlast they cancelled my order friend its clearly written discount 1500+1500 cashback in satyug gold smi add so they have to pay1500 cash back or else raise complaint on facebook and also give 1 star in playstore and comment there also they will give cashback reply them its 1500+1500 clearly mentioned

    still me too didnt get my cash back..i have mailed them so many times reg this but still no response from their side..as of now i have made a complaint at ashoka forum and wrote on their facebook page too..so who evr didnt get cash back do file a complaint on ashoka froum and write on their Fb page ,so that they might credit our cash back bcz of so many complaints

    This is a response I got, I have told them that I will file a complaint. I request you all take screenshot or photos, where it says 1500 Cashback will be credited in 24 hrs. Make sure screenshot has your order number and name visible. Then we all together fight for it.

    Cheaters today got mail order cancelled all shit no one will recieve gold coin i entered refund today back to bank account due to some reason so friends dont buy this coin as offer eas from peperfry site also there also all orderwere cancelled so its a total wastage of time . This satyug gold buying site is fraud so paytm and smi please dont add any adds for this gold coins

    man I just received the coin .the coin is totally cool but no cashback and also gold 10 gram price is 25720 rs .totally bad luck today.
    but I don’t spare and send mails till then they not gave me cashback.
    so I request you all peoples who bought this item to call or send mails regarding this because we have clear proof that they misleading us on order history page that 1500 will be add to paytm wallet after maximum dispatch time.
    btw my mom receive it because when courier boy came for delivery I am not at home.

    why it is risk you can argue with them that their is clearly mention on order history in your order history that once maximum dispatched period is over you get rs 1500 in your paytm wallet.SO WHAT IT MEANS?
    btw till now the parcel is not reached to me.
    can anybody received coin or asked for cashback to cc of paym
    please post if anybody?

    my gold coin is shipped and I got mail that cashbCk is add after maximum dispatch time but when I check my order in paytm there is no option of cashback as it is always there when I bought 50 items till today.
    so it means that no 1500 rs cashback only 1500 discount which already applied.
    so I talk with customer care and they agreed to give cashback of rs 1500 but after very long argue with them .
    they said this order is not cancelable but I told them I have proof that their clearly written on order page that after shipped you get rs 1500 and I don’t want to cancel it I only want cashback which they mentioned
    so guys go to cus care if you don’t get cashback

    I buyed on 23rd its a good offer i am a jeweller my costing is 26700+120 packed coin so i buyed the coin as theres 500 rs profit in 99.5 purity gold as its a reputed brand so they may not cheat in purity its a good buy friend i suggest to buy this coin you can sell in local market for 26600 rate compared to todays price
