    When i received the cashback, freecharge blocked my account. Even though i didn’t purchased through multiple account. I raised a complaint and i recieved mail that ,,,Dear Akash,

    today snapdeal cancelled cashback in my account. email said the order was cancelled…but none of my orders was cancelled…this annoyed me a lot and snapdeal cheat all old customers

    Got cash back three days ago. And my account is active. Because I never tried in other accounts. That’s their right to block account if you tried to loot them.

    shame on snapdeal..how you cheating to your old customers.. don’t give such poor offers to the customers which you wouldn’t fullfilled. I didn’t got any cashback in my freecharge account. I received my product on 13 dec16. but still no cashback..poor snapdeal and SMI.

    @Bk,

    I was asked for ID Proof in few instances before, I had raised the same concerns to delivery boys and they were agreed to verify ID and return back.

    In case you need to hand over them ID Proof, it is a good idea to write purpose and date on the page.

    This is wired, when snapdeal package was delivered delivery boy asked me to provide my ID number otherwise, he will not deliver the package, but as you know so many problems are going on in the country for now. And if these courier people miss use your ID, who will be responsible for that?

    I am regular online shopper, but I have never been asked to give my ID number to any courier service provider, its ok if they ask to verify my name, but its not allowed to note down my ID numbers.

    I call customer care of SNAPDEAL and they were being very rude, they said, you can return this back. This is really wired.

    The reason they said, is this is prepaid parcel, so they must wants ID, even when they are delivering to my doorstep with my name plate on my home.

    But funny thing is that, they are saying for COD delivery they can deliver it to any one who pays to them. WTF.

    Don’t trust snapdeal previously they neglected my cashback gave them snapshot of terms and conditions and all required information but they didn’t gave me cashback
